A1Personnel are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator, on behalf of our client based in Hackney.
Duties will include:
* Taking orders over the phone and via email and processing
* Speaking with high end clients and customers
* Advising quotes and answering queries
* Entering onto in house system
* Assisting with packaging delicate products when required
* Printing labels for the production team
* Assisting senior members within the office
You will require:
* Manufacturing experience is beneficial
* Good administration skills - must have previous experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good team player
* Basic IT skills
* Organised
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Personable approach
Hours:
Monday to Friday8am - 5pm
