Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Nursery Manager, you will:
* Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding childcare
* Ensure high-quality EYFS practice and continuous improvement
* Maintain full compliance and a safe learning environment
* Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
* Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community
* Support staff development and promote best practices
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Holds a Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
* Has experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
* Possesses strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Is passionate about delivering high-quality early years education
