On behalf of my client, I am seeking multiple Senior Social Media & Content Creators to join their growing Birmingham-based team. This is a fully on-site role for creative, strategic individuals who can elevate brand presence, manage multi-platform social strategies, and produce high-quality content. A full driving licence is essential for travel to shoots and on-location work.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver social media strategies across all major platforms
* Create engaging written, visual, and video content
* Manage posting schedules, community engagement, and channel optimisation
* Lead creative brainstorming and contribute campaign ideas
* Plan and oversee content shoots, including on-site production
* Analyse metrics and report on channel performance
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
About You
1. 3+ years' experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
