A passionate Marketing leader to drive brand growth through product launches, events, and integrated marketing campaigns. Managing a team of three, this is a broad and hands-on role with real strategic input. You’ll lead on key product launches, oversee event delivery, and support digital and offline campaigns that contribute directly to commercial performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and mentoring a team across digital, content, and events
* Planning and executing new product launches across UK markets
* Leading the delivery of national events, workshops, and exhibitions
* Overseeing day-to-day marketing execution – collateral, campaigns, branding
* Working closely with the sales and product teams to align strategy
* Managing external agencies and analysing campaign performance
