We are a busy and well-established independent estate agent seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Assistant to join our successful lettings team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with property management experience who is looking to take on a varied, fast-paced role within a supportive local agency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the maintenance and property management teams to maintain high standards.
* Successfully managing a busy workload, prioritising tasks correctly and keeping customers informed.
* Providing excellent customer service to clients both in the office, at properties and over the phone.
* Supporting the Lettings team on ‘out of office’ duties such as viewings and periodic tenancy checks at managed properties.
* General administration and accurate record keeping.
* Providing cover to the rest of the team and being adaptable and willing to learn new skills when necessary.
* Effectively taking details of incoming issues, and finding effective solutions to problems that may occur in all aspects of a tenancy, including property maintenance.
The successful candidate will:
* Be positive and proactive.
* Ideally have previous experience in Property Management or a similar role.
* Have excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
* Be comfortable dealing with stressful situations.
* Have excellent time management skills and be able to manage their diary effectively.
* Hold a full, clean driving licence – additional mileage allowance available for business miles.

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
