Overview
A busy and expanding property team within a well‑established firm is looking for a Property Solicitor to support its growing caseload across agricultural, commercial and residential matters. In this role you will manage a varied caseload including farm and land transactions, grazing licences, commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, development projects, residential conveyancing and general title issues such as easements and boundaries. You will provide clear, practical advice to clients in the agricultural and rural sectors whilst helping them navigate the full spectrum of property matters.
Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload across agricultural, commercial and residential property.
* Handle farm and land transactions, grazing licences, commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, development projects, residential conveyancing and general title issues such as easements and boundaries.
* Provide clear, practical advice to clients in the agricultural and rural sectors.
* Play an active role in business development by building strong client relationships and supporting the ongoing growth of the team.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver a consistently high standard of client service.
The Candidate
* Can be newly qualified or have several years of post‑qualification experience.
* Proven track record in handling complex transactions.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to engage effectively with a diverse client base in the agricultural and rural sectors.
* Collaborative approach and excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
* Ideally local to one of the firm’s offices and comfortable managing a varied workload with accuracy and professionalism.
* Proactive mindset, excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive, collaborative team.
