Based at our Lutterworth fulfilment Site, you’ll be the face of the business for some of our key clients, ensuring service delivery, performance, and commercial targets are not just met – but exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for multiple key clients
* Coordinate across internal teams (Operations, Finance, IT, and Carrier Management) to meet client needs
* Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual commitments, SLAs, and KPIs
* Manage invoicing, revenue assurance, and support credit control activities
* Analyse service and financial performance; propose and implement improvement plans
* Conduct regular client review meetings and manage all escalations
* Support and guide support teams to ensure consistent, high-quality client delivery
* Collaborate on project work, pricing changes, feasibility studies, and process improvement
* Work closely with other departments to meet wider business objectives
Additional Info:
* Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week - Some flexibility in hours may be required due to the 24/7 nature of our operation
* Occasional travel to other depots is expected

What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a client-facing role such as Contract Manager, Account Manager, or Client Relationship Manager
* Background in ecommerce, fulfilment, 3PL, warehousing, or distribution
* Proven success managing contracts worth £1m+ annually
* Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
* Commercially savvy, analytical, and detail-focused
* Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM systems
* Adaptable and solutions-driven, with the ability to think creatively under pressure
* Experience supporting and mentoring team members
