Role & Responsibilities
1. Support the development of hospitality interior concepts, translating briefs into creative and commercially viable design solutions.
2. Produce mood boards, visual presentations and design narratives to clearly communicate concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.
3. Develop schematic designs into coordinated detailed packages, ensuring alignment with project requirements and design intent.
4. Prepare layouts, elevations and technical drawings to support planning submissions and construction documentation.
5. Assist in producing comprehensive drawing packages for tender and construction stages, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
6. Collaborate with consultants, visualisers and contractors to ensure coordinated project delivery across all design phases.
7. Attend project meetings and contribute to discussions, supporting effective communication across multidisciplinary teams.
8. Undertake site visits, assist with snagging processes and support completion documentation to ensure project quality standards.
Skills & Experience Required
9. Degree qualified in interior design or interior architecture.
10. 2-5 years experience within a UK interior design or architecture practice.
11. Ability to translate creative ideas into clear presentation materials and structured design outputs.
12. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp for design development and documentation production.
13. Experience working on hospitality, leisure or F&B projects, experience in pub projects is advantageous.
14. Knowledge of producing layouts, elevations and coordinated drawing packages across design and delivery stages.
15. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within collaborative and multidisciplinary design teams.
16. Full UK driving licence preferred to support occasional site visits and project coordination requirements.
Salary & Benefits
17. Salary range of £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience.
