Overview
HR Advisor – Full-time, in person. Location: Bournemouth Airport. Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE. Apply before 22/09/2025.
Responsibilities
* Managing all HR functions related to the pilot workforce, from recruitment and onboarding to development and retention.
* Advising managers and pilots on HR policies, employee relations, and employment law compliance.
* Leading initiatives to support pilot engagement, wellbeing, and performance.
* Coordinating pilot-specific HR processes, ensuring alignment with aviation regulations and operational requirements.
* Contributing to wider HR strategy, workforce planning, and organisational development.
This role is perfect for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, aviation environment and is confident working with senior stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 3–5 years in a generalist HR role (aviation, logistics, or transport experience is a strong advantage).
* Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UK employment law, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.
* Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and influencing skills with the ability to advise at senior level.
* Personal Qualities: Professional integrity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
