We are looking for an enthusiastic New Business Manager to join our team. We’re looking for a candidate who is energetic, passionate, and engaged in culture. Working proactively, they must be well-organised, have a strong attention to detail and takes pride in their work to help the department to become a force behind helping to shape TBWA’s future.
THE ROLE
* will be an integral support to the Director of Brand and New Business in managing on-going New Business, Marketing and PR activity.
* role will include assisting the management of our New Business Intern, New Business Researcher and New Business Designer. The role will also have a close relationship with our external PR agency in addition to working across many departments internally within TBWA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
NEW BUSINESS AND PROSPECTING
* (and in some cases leading) the creation of RFI’s, chemistry meetings and pitch doctoring.
* with prospecting strategy
* management of RFI’s, chemistry meetings and client pitch meetings.
* intermediary liaison (helping diarise key meetings and processing client document such as NDAs).
* of procurement portals.
* the maintenance of CRM database - consultants, prospects, industry friends.
* Consultant and client newsletter creation.
* new business toolkit with latest information and case studies.
* management of pitch theatre and logistics.
MARKETING & PR
* with the brand guardianship of the TBWA brand.
* with internal teams and ownership of project management of key assets to creatively promote latest work and news.
* and implementation of social strategy, creative campaigns, calendar, day-to-day social media management including writing posts, content creation, posting and community management - with design & intern support.
* with the creation and implementation of wider TBWA marketing campaigns and maintaining the TBWA website.
