Administrator / Joblogic Ambassador (Electrical)

Role Overview
We are a growing electrical contracting business seeking an organised and proactive Administrator / Joblogic Ambassador. This role is ideal for someone who is keen to learn, confident with systems, and motivated to support and train others.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the business while becoming the internal expert for Joblogic, ensuring it is used efficiently by office staff and electricians in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the electrical office team
* Maintain accurate records for jobs, engineers, certificates, and documentation
* Assist with scheduling works, job tracking, and reporting
* Manage general correspondence, phone calls, and emails
* Support management with office administration and process improvements
Joblogic Ambassador Responsibilities
* Develop a strong working knowledge of Joblogic within an electrical contracting environment
* Act as the main point of contact for Joblogic-related queries
* Train office staff and electricians on how to use Joblogic effectively
* Support onboarding of new starters with Joblogic training
* Help ensure accurate job logging, timesheets, job notes, and certification uploads
* Identify ways to improve job flow, compliance, and reporting through Joblogic
* Work with management to maintain best practice use of the system
Skills & Experience
* Previous administration experience (electrical or trade background advantageous but not essential)
* Confident IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Experience using Joblogic is beneficial, but full training will be provided
* Ability to communicate clearly with office staff and engineers
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable training and supporting others
