Hill McGlyn Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well-established construction business based in Rainham, Kent, who are looking to appoint a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a fully office-based role offering slightly flexible working hours and long-term stability within a busy and professional construction environment.
The Role: The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth administration across projects and acting as a central point of contact for clients and contractors.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
1. Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers via phone and email
2. Producing, updating, and issuing reports
3. Collating costings and quotations accurately
4. Issuing work orders and ensuring all jobs have valid Purchase Order numbers
5. Monitoring and tracking issued work
6. Implementing and improving internal administrative processes
