Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Valuer/Lister based in Snodland and West Malling. The role involves conducting property valuations, acquiring new business through effective listing strategies, and maintaining relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include assessing properties to determine their market value, working closely with estate agents and clients, preparing valuation reports, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Knowledge and experience in Estate Agents and Real Estate Appraisal
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
* Expertise in Valuation of properties, including understanding market trends and pricing strategies
* Ability to work independently with excellent organisational skills
* Proficiency in property management.
* Previous experience in a property listing or valuation role is essential.
* Driver's license is essential and access to a vehicle for site visits are preferred
