Provide a high level of service and support to Genomics testing customers from the UK, Europe, Africa, India and the Middle East.
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in our award-winning business based remotely in the UK.
Our team supports the European, Middle Eastern, African and Indian (EMEAI) territories for Neogen Corporation, a top performing NASDAQ listed business employing over 2,000 people worldwide.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Responding to e-mail and telephone queries in a timely manner.
2. Liaising with other internal departments to ensure seamless process for onboarding new customers, shipping samples, meeting agreed turnaround time, delivery of results and invoicing.
3. Inputting orders for testing and kit delivery.
4. Handling customer complaints in a timely manner.
About you:
5. Experienced in providing excellent customer support in a busy and dynamic environment.
6. Confident in the use of Microsoft Office systems.
7. Have an understanding of either genomics or agriculture would be beneficial.
8. Efficient at organizing daily workload.
