Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Corporate Partnerships and Events Lead, based in Colchester, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating corporate partnerships, planning and executing impactful fundraising events, and creating sponsorship opportunities. The role encompasses fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring the delivery of successful events aligned with organizational goals. Additionally, the role involves offering support and training to internal teams to strengthen fundraising and partnership efforts.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with partners and sponsors.
* Finance and Analytical Skills to effectively manage budgets and assess event performance.
* Experience in providing Training and support to team members and stakeholders.
* Proven experience in event planning and partnership development is highly desirable.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid working environment.
* A proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
