What You’ll Be Doing
• Supervise whole classes during teacher absences, ensuring a productive learning environment
• Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Support students to stay on task and engaged in their learning
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
