Residential Property Lawyer – Bristol
A leading Legal 100 firm is seeking a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer (circa 2+ PQE) to join its successful residential property team. You’ll work with high-profile clients including developers, investors, financial institutions and private individuals, handling high-value, complex matters from the outset.
The Department Handles:
* Residential sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
* Remortgages
* Lease extensions and deeds of variation
* Transfers of equity
* New build and shared ownership
* Residential land acquisition and disposals
* Development and plot purchase work
Your Role:
* Manage a varied caseload of residential and rural property matters
* Advise on complex and high-value freehold, leasehold and development work
* Support clients with lease extensions, variations and regulatory issues
* Handle residential land transactions and development-related matters
* Liaise with developers, lenders, agents and referrers
* Support the growth of the team’s rural property offering
Experience Required:
* Qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with approx. 2+ PQE
* Experience in residential and/or rural property
* Confident handling complex, high-value transactions
* Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing, leasehold and development work
