Office Administrator Leith | £25,000 – £27,000 | Fully Office-Based Our client, a well-established construction company based in Leith, is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team. This is a busy, varied role at the centre of the business, ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys being the go-to person for both colleagues and clients. Responsibilities include: * Managing day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, document management, and data entry * Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence * Assisting with invoicing and general finance administration * Supporting site teams and senior management on ad hoc tasks * Ensuring the smooth and professional running of the office Candidate requirements: * Previous administrative experience (ideally within construction however not essential) * Excellent organisational and time management skills * Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative * Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner The offer: * Salary of £25,000 – £27,000 depending on experience * Full-time, Monday to Friday, office-based in Leith, 9am -5pm 8am-4pm * Supportive team environment within a respected construction business * The opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations
