Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
What You’ll Be Doing
As a trainee teacher, you’ll become part of everyday school life, gradually building your responsibilities. You will:
* Support pupils in lessons and small group interventions
* Work alongside experienced teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons
* Develop behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
* Track pupil progress and adapt learning to meet individual needs
* Create inclusive spaces where every pupil feels confident and supported
By the end of the programme, you’ll have the skills and experience needed to step confidently into a teaching role.

Entry Requirements
To be eligible for this programme, applicants must have:
* A Bachelor’s degree
* GCSE Maths and GCSE English at Grade 4/C or above (or recognised equivalent qualifications)
