Salary & Benefits £50,000–£70,000, depending on experience Hybrid working (minimum 3 days in office per week) 35-hour working week Flexitime with the ability to earn up to 4 additional leave days per year Death in service benefit Medical cash plan On-site parking (Harrogate office, subject to availability) Buy/sell annual leave options Staff discount on legal services for you and close family The Role You’ll manage a broad and stimulating caseload of commercial property work, including: Freehold/leasehold acquisitions and disposals (shops, offices, industrial units, land) Negotiating commercial leases and associated documentation Landlord and tenant matters Corporate support and development-related transactions Optional experience in property finance, overage provisions, and option agreements is welcome Exposure to residential development sites and financing would be advantageous You’ll work alongside a close-knit and supportive commercial property team, with access to additional expertise across corporate and commercial disciplines. About You We’re keen to hear from candidates who: Are qualified solicitors with 3–6 years PQE in commercial property (PQE band is flexible) Can run files independently but enjoy being part of a collaborative team Have strong client communication and negotiation skills Are confident working in a largely paperless, tech-forward environment Are proactive in networking and business development activity Location You’ll need to be able to work from the firm’s Harrogate and Leeds offices regularly. The firm also maintains a presence in York. Hybrid working is embedded into the culture, but in-person visibility is expected to help build client and team relationships.
