About the Company
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Joinery Supervisor / Site Supervisor to work with a growing and dynamic contractor.
My client has immediate needs for a visiting supervisor to help with inspections, administration and handovers to clients on various sites across London.
All travel & accommodation will be covered by the business – weekly trave
This is a great role for an experience joiner who is ambitious to move in to site management in the near future and wants to do so with a fast-paced contractor.
The Role
* Coordination and supervision of various projects as required by the business.
* Oversee commercial, residential projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
* Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
* Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials and meeting deadlines.
* Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.
Requirements
* A background in carpentry or joinery is desirable.
* A minimum of 5 years proven experience
* Flexibility- applicants must be flexible with travel to different sites as required by the business.
* Strong awareness of H&S and Health and Welfare Regulations and ability to implement these regulations on site.
* Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
