Job Description: Lead SEO strategy across diverse client portfolio.
Established Bristol-based agency.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEO Manager to join a well-established Bristol digital agency. As SEO Manager, you’ll take ownership of SEO strategy across a varied client base whilst working within a collaborative team environment. This is a 12 month FTC covering maternity leave and we are ideally looking for someone who can start immediately or within 1 months notice.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and implement SEO strategies across multiple client accounts, driving organic traffic growth and improved search visibility
Manage client relationships and act as the primary SEO contact for key accounts
Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and deliver actionable recommendations to improve site performance
Oversee technical SEO implementations working closely with development teams to ensure best practice
Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics platforms to demonstrate ROI and identify opportunities
Stay current with search algorithm updates and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage
Collaborate with content and digital marketing teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery
Support business development by contributing to new business pitches and client proposals
What Experience You’ll Need to Apply
4+ years’ solid SEO experience with proven track record in an agency or in-house environment
Strong technical SEO knowledge including site auditing, crawlability, and performance optimisation
Experience with industry-standard tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
Client management experience with ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Analytical mindset with strong skills in Google Analytics, data interpretation, and performance reporting
Understanding of content marketing and how SEO integrates with broader digital strategies
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across different teams
Proactive approach with ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
