* Lead overall planning, coordination, and control of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required standards.
* Manage day-to-day site operations, supervising subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless execution.
* Oversee project costs, schedules, and resources, reporting variances to senior management.
* Implement BIM tools and digital project management systems to improve efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety, and company policies.
* Liaise with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to align design and construction objectives.
* Maintain quality assurance and risk management frameworks across all phases.
* Promote sustainability, innovation, and continuous improvement in construction practices.
* Provide leadership, clear direction, and motivation to site teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a strong performance-driven culture.
