One of Northern Ireland's most respected law firms is seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist to join their front-of-house team. Known for their outstanding culture and long-standing reputation in the legal sector, this is an exciting opportunity to represent a prestigious firm as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Key Duties
* Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception space.
* Serve as the first point of contact for incoming visitors, clients, and internal staff.
* Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage internal calendars.
* Provide daily administrative support including document handling, scheduling, and record maintenance.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.
What We're Looking For
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a front-desk or receptionist role is essential.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Confident communicator with a professional and courteous manner.
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider support team.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
