Express Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established Logistics company. Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Logistics Account Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role involves a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, making it essential for the ideal candidate to be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
This role has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
* Handle customer renewals and enquire about additional services
* Look after logistics units and understand products and services available
* Assist with general admin tasks relating to customers
* Maintain Social Media content and LinkedIn account
* Research competitors and industry experts to generate potential sales leads
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative or similar office-based position
* Previous experience in the logistics sector advantageous
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of B2B social media accounts and content creation advantageous
* Good working knowledge of MS Office systems
