As a junior sous chef, you’ll be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and teams, a food quality and standards expert, with exceptional food knowledge, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.

* Are ready to manage the line, plan shifts for proper coverage, and coach on the go
