The School and Role
This specialist school in Walsall is seeking enthusiastic graduates or university students to work as Teaching Assistants supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs. This role offers hands-on experience supporting learning, behaviour and personal care within a structured and supportive environment. Requirements
The desired Graduate Teaching Assistant will have;
1. A degree or currently studying at university
2. A passion for working with young people
3. A willingness to support personal care
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills
5. A proactive and positive attitude
