Overview
Lead and oversee major creative projects across branding, campaigns, and immersive retail experiences. Work closely with the Creative Leads and Creative Director to develop ideas, direct creative sessions, and define visual direction. Present ideas with confidence in internal reviews and client meetings.
Responsibilities
* Craft compelling concepts and campaign copy—from headlines and taglines to brand language frameworks.
* Mentor and inspire less-experienced creatives, helping them refine creative thinking and presentation skills.
* Collaborate with strategy and account teams to ensure every idea is insight-led and aligned with client objectives.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with attention to detail and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
* Senior Creative Designer with conceptual skills, art direction, photo shoots, product launches (preferably in sport and outdoor sectors, but not essential).
* Strong brand positioning experience; video shoots and storyboarding experience a plus.
* 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced, demanding creative agency.
* Proven ability to art-direct campaigns and brand activations that deliver standout results.
* Exceptional conceptual and copywriting ability—from big campaign ideas to nuanced brand storytelling.
* Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & After Effects); Cinema 4D or similar experience is a bonus.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to turn insight into creative opportunities.
* Comfortable presenting to senior clients and leading pitches with confidence and persuasion.
* Experience across multiple sectors—ideally sport, outdoor, footwear, and retail.
* Positive, proactive mindset with the ability to problem-solve and adapt across diverse creative challenges.
