We have vacancies within The Open University's Student Recruitment and Support Contact Centre as a Customer Service Adviser based in Milton Keynes, paying £12.03 per hour. This position has a fixed start date, and you must be able to start in the role on Monday 3rd June 2024, a full commitment to the length of the contract is needed (to Friday 27th September 2024).
This is temporary role working full-time (37 hours per week).
The first seven weeks will be based in the office so that successful candidates receive full training, after this period, a hybrid working pattern will be in place (you will be supplied with a laptop). You will have to work to a flexible working pattern which will be between the current opening hours of 8.00am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
Please note that leave will be restricted during the initial training period, and for the last week of August and the first two weeks of September as this is the peak operational period.
