Forklift Counterbalance Driver - Night Shifts (WS13)
Location: Fradley Park, Lichfield
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday-Friday, start times from 6pm
A strong opportunity for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a fast-paced, high-performing warehouse operation at Fradley Park. This is a stable, long-term role with consistent hours, excellent pay, and a genuine route to permanent employment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
* Loading and unloading trailers with precision
* Handling 150-200 pallets per shift in a busy environment
* Working closely with the warehouse team to meet tight deadlines
* Completing basic equipment checks and following all H&S procedures
What We're Looking For
* A valid, in-date Counterbalance Licence
* Previous experience in a warehouse or pallet network environment
* Confidence working with high pallet volumes
* Strong attention to detail and a safety-first approach
* Flexibility with evening start times from 6pm
