FF Corse is a member of the FF Corse and Grand Prix Racewear (GPR) Group.

FF Corse holds a unique position in the motorsports industry. It is the only organisation that provides the full range of technical, logistical and personal support services for Ferrari drivers of all aspirations from track day enthusiasts to professional racers. FF Corse coaches, manages and supports drivers’ progression through the full spectrum of motorsport participation to their desired level of achievement. FF Corse has been established for 16 years.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow the business, extend the offerings of the business through new channels, and to continue to promote our brand.

FF Corse is based at Silverstone Race Circuit, from where the Company provides the storage, servicing, preparation and management of Ferrari Challenge and GT cars. The Company currently manages around 35 cars for their owners, providing a complete turnkey operation at track-days, test-days and at race events, both in the UK and in Europe.

The Business Development Manager of FF Corse will be required to:

· Develop existing customer programmes

· Identify new offerings for current customers

· Identify new revenue streams within FF Corse’s brand association

· Improve commercial relationships with the Ferrari dealer network and build their knowledge base of Ferrari on-track programmes

· Generate and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers

· Provide weekly reporting on sales activity

· Evaluate FF Corse’s business cases for presence at industry events to generate prospective customers

· Assist in the development and renewal of tactical marketing materials

· Work with the Team Principal to ensure smooth on-boarding of new customers

· Seek sponsorship and partner opportunities

· Develop Commercial opportunities and additional revenue streams

· Actively seek new clients and sponsors for additional motorsport programmes

Professional attributes:

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Knowledge and experience of building and managing a sales pipeline

· Outstanding knowledge of the motorsport industry

· Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe
