JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager - Corporate & Institutional Banking (B2B)
LOCATION(S): Bristol or London
HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days per week) in one of our office hubs mentioned above
About this opportunity:
As a Marketing Manager for Lloyds Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) division, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating growth by delivering integrated campaigns alongside the business. You will be part of the wider B2B marketing team and will be a team player. Building effective links with business counterparts and agency partners will be key to influence, inspire, and win support at all levels. We value individuals who bring ideas, energy, and a ‘can do’ approach to overcome hurdles and drive projects to completion, with attention to detail and deadline management in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities include:
* End-to-end development and delivery of campaign strategy and execution
* Managing and executing multi-channel campaigns including digital, press, social, 121, in-person events, conferences, and webinars
* Developing content marketing (blogs, articles, infographics, social cards, success stories) to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and nurturing assets
* Collaborating with internal and external agencies to produce compelling campaign materials
* Managing budgets and measuring campaign success
* Being the brand champion for the business and ensuring all outputs are on-brand
* Working closely with internal stakeholders across the CIB business
What you'll need:
* Relevant experience in B2B marketing, with knowledge of the Financial Services Marketplace
* Proven success in creating integrated campaigns
* Strong content writing skills and proficiency in English
* Expertise in digital marketing
* Strong analytical skills to understand complex subjects quickly
* Ability to work within a matrix reporting structure
* Excellent interpersonal skills internally and externally
* Good commercial awareness of profit levers in the B2B industry
