📍 Birstall, West Yorkshire | 💼 Office Based | ⏰ Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm (30 min lunch)
💰 £24,000 - £27,000 DOE
The Role
As a Service Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the company's service operations. This is a fully office-based position supporting a team of 4-5 Service Technicians, alongside working closely with the Service Manager and Accounts Team.
Your main duties will include:
Maintaining and updating a live service administration database - accuracy is critical.
Booking and scheduling engineers, ensuring work is prioritised efficiently.
Supporting warehouse stock takes and ensuring service paperwork is completed promptly.
Handling incoming calls professionally, including from senior stakeholders.
Following up orders across Europe, tracking progress and reporting back to the manager.
Providing month-end assistance and holiday cover for the Accounts Team.
Producing reports and ensuring all administrative tasks free up valuable time for engineers to focus on their work.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:
Strong administration experience (ideally within a service, manufacturing, or technical environment).
Excellent attention to detail and confidence managing multiple priorities.
A professional and confident phone manner.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
A proactive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn - full training will be provided.
