Job Description
3. Lead procurement strategies for property-related categories within the retail sector.
4. Manage supplier relationships to secure favourable terms and ensure compliance with contracts.
5. FM categories - mainly hard FM and mechanical & electrical procurement experience
6. Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative solutions.
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business goals.
8. Oversee tender processes and negotiate agreements with suppliers.
9. Monitor and report on procurement performance and savings achieved.
10. Ensure adherence to procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
11. Drive continuous improvement within the procurement and supply chain processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Procurement Manager - Property Maintenance should have:
12. Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within the retail industry.
13. Strong understanding of property-related procurement categories.
14. Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
15. Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies effectively.
