Job description:
Position:Band 5 General Radiographer
Employer:Local Health & Social Care Trust (via MPA Recruitment)
Hours:37.5 hours/week (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm initially, but flexible 7-day rota possible)
Contract:Temporary until28 Sept 2026(initially)
Main Responsibilities
* Performdiagnostic radiographic examinations
* Maintainhigh image quality and patient care standards
* FollowIonising Radiation Regulations (NI) 2017andIR(ME)R (NI) 2018
* Participate inquality assurance and equipment checks
* Support and superviseassistant staff and student radiographers
* Maintainradiation safety and departmental standards
* Participate inCPD, audits, and service improvement
* Work flexibly includingevenings, weekends, or on-call if required
Essential Requirements
* BSc (Hons) Diagnostic RadiographyorDiploma of the College of Radiographers
* HCPC registration(or eligible)
* Experience ingeneral radiography from training/placements
* Driving licence and access to a car(with disability exception)
* Access NI check
* Radiology Encompass training
