Our national client specialises in supplying large equipment into the construction industry. They have a very good reputation as a market leader with a large national team. They are recruiting an experienced, well qualified Production Manager who will oversee a large team and recommend, approve, and implement changes in procedures to improve the operational efficiency.
💸What You’ll Get
* Up to ÂŁ65k basic (dependant on experience)
* Quarterly bonus of 20%
* 37.5 hrs p/week (8-4pm or 8:30-5pm Mon-Fri)
* Reporting into the Regional Director and overseeing 45 staff – (5 direct / 40 indirect)
* Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to health and safety regulations.
* Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
* Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to optimise efficiency.
* Implement quality control procedures and ensure products exceed established standards.
* Monitor and control production costs, ensuring adherence to budgets.
* Lead and motivate production staff, providing guidance and support.
* Identify and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions.

* NEBOSH Diploma in Health & Safety
* Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and planning skills.
* Technical knowledge of relevant production processes and equipment.
* Experience in budget management and cost control
