What You’ll Be Doing * Grow Sales & Hit Targets – Use your outbound calling and relationship-building skills to drive revenue, upsell, cross-sell and boost product and services sales. * Build Strong Customer Relationships – Become the go-to contact for your accounts, ensuring loyalty and long-term partnerships. * Account Management – Oversee the full sales cycle, from order processing and invoicing to payment collection, while spotting opportunities for growth. * Collaborate & Support – Work closely with the wider sales team to forecast sales, manage pipelines and deliver an exceptional customer experience. * Deliver Excellent Service – Resolve queries, handle issues efficiently and maintain high customer satisfaction.
