Responsibilities
* To provide a comprehensive service to include all aspects of planned and routine maintenance
* To repair and maintain a wide range of building components on site
* Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of Health and Safety and other relevant legislation
* Fault finding and diagnosis
* Routine inspections to ensure our estate is safe and fully compliant
