Location: South Wales
Position: Full time, permanent
Salary: Starting at £45,000 – Negotiable Package DOE

Our Client is a forward-thinking, growing business with a great reputation, winning them high-profile and complex projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys analysing project requirements, working with technical drawings, and contributing to competitive tender submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
* Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), pricing models, and detailed tender submissions.
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, analyse quotations, and support overall tender strategy.
* Assist with value engineering initiatives and risk reviews to ensure commercially sound proposals.
* Collaborate with both technical and commercial teams throughout the estimating process.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
* Previous estimating experience (ideally within steel, construction, or civil engineering).
* Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Clear communicator who can work effectively across technical and commercial teams.
