Quantity Surveyor - Freelance - Fit-out Projects - North West Your new company A well-established and fast-growing specialist contractor delivering high-quality commercial and leisure fit-out projects nationwide. With a strong pipeline of secured work and repeat clients, they are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to support delivery across multiple live projects. (Client name withheld at this stage.) Your new role As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial function across 2-3 concurrent fit-out projects. These schemes are predominantly within the commercial and leisure sectors, requiring a hands-on approach from pre-construction through to final account.
