You will be working within a small team in one of our clients office in Scotland, ideally based in Stirling. The Responsibilities The purpose of this role is to provide a payroll service to approximately 30 – 50 clients ensuring that their staff pay is calculate and that associated documentation such as payslips are accurately produced and distributed. On a day-to-day basis you can expect to be responsible for the following; Preparation of weekly and monthly payrolls for a number of clients. Ensure accurate calculation of employee hours, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and other payroll-related elements. Liaise with clients with respect to queries and build client relationships. Processing of payroll documentation such as P60`s, P11d`s, P45`s etc. Ensure that tax calculations are correctly calculated and communicated to customers.
