Engineering Stores Coordinator

This role is responsible for managing the Engineering Stores, working Monday to Friday. This will include the ordering of components and items required across the site, while carrying out regular stock validation activities and managing the necessary transactions.
Working with our management system, SAP, to place orders and manage stock levels and transactions is a core element of the role. Experience with using SAP will be an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be given.
You will have set performance targets to achieve, ensuring that consistent quality standards are met, and you will need to ensure that maintenance and cleaning tasks are carried out correctly, in line with the planned maintenance schedule. We would also like for you to support and assist with improvement initiatives, as and when they arise.
Full training will be provided for the role. The role will be for 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working pattern to be agreed. There may be the occasional requirement to perform holiday cover for members of the team.
