What You'll Do
As the Compliance Administrator, you will be at the forefront of the recruitment journey, responsible for:
Leading the candidate vetting and clearance process from initial inquiry to onboarding.
Ensuring adherence to safeguarding standards and compliance regulations.
Engaging with candidates to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Maintaining records and documentation to support compliance audits.Who You Are
You should have:
A strong understanding of compliance regulations.
Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
The ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
