We are looking to recruit an Operations Coordinator who will provide operational support in all departments, manufacturing, warehouse, goods in/out and contribute to the growth and profitability of the business. To support Operations Manager & Warehouse/Transport Supervisor in the daily running of the administration function.
What does the role involve?
As Operations Coordinator, you will provide operational support in all departments, scheduling transport, raising and receipting purchase orders, and producing labels for packs & palletised for production orders.
You will also deal with potential problems using own initiative, skills and knowledge where appropriate, carrying out any administrative procedures and tasks required accurately and punctually.
The successful candidate will require:
Knowledge of best practice within operations and knowledge of Excel and associated reporting software.
Successful Operations experience covering all aspects of warehouse operation
Customer focus with a commercially aware ability to meet bottom line demands.
A high achiever who is ambitious, career centred and likes to work to demanding goals and targets
Able to demonstrate leadership, excellent communication and professional level interpersonal skills
Personally, well Organised and able to organise a team effectively, Planning, Problem Solving and Decision-Making ability
