The opportunity
This is a proactive, relationship-led role focused on starting conversations, understanding challenges, and identifying where insight and data services can add value.
You’ll be developing confidence, commercial awareness and communication skills from day one.
* Researching target markets and identifying suitable organisations
* Speaking with prospective clients to understand challenges and priorities
* Coordinating discovery calls, briefings and product demonstrations
* Keeping CRM systems up to date with activity and opportunity details
* Working closely with marketing and sales to improve outreach
Training & progression
* Structured onboarding and induction programme
* Guided training on products, markets and sales approach
* Ongoing one-to-one coaching and feedback
* Clear progression into Account Management or senior commercial roles
Salary & benefits
* £28,000–£32,000 base salary (depending on experience)
* Three-month training programme
* Uncapped commission scheme
* Hybrid role based in Falmouth
* 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
