Job Description
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing electrical team
* Act as NICEIC Duty Holder / QS and maintain annual accreditation
* Oversee installation, testing, compliance, and remedial works across commercial and industrial sites
* Ensure all work aligns with BS7671, CDM, and wider H&S standards
* Manage the full electrical compliance programme and associated improvement works
* Get involved in estimating when needed, using systems such as SAGE, Eque2, or similar
* Identify new business opportunities and bring existing customer contacts where possible
* Monitor budgets, costs, and department financial performance
Skills Required
* Minimum 5 years' management experience within electrical contracting, maintenance, or compliance
* Strong background in commercial/industrial electrical installations
* Proven ability to run, grow, or significantly improve a department or division
* NICEIC experience (QS/Duty Holder) highly desirable
* Excellent knowledge of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and wider electrical systems
* Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets
* Strong communication, leadership, and customer engagement skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and perform under pressure
* IT proficiency, including MS Office and estimating software
* NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, 2391 (or equivalent) required
* SMSTS / IOSH desirable
