Typical day as a Support Coordinator Develop personalised support plans, coordinate Support Workers and review progress Work with Newcastle services to reduce homelessness, supporting vulnerable women with complex needs Provide high quality housing (24-bed and dispersed properties) where customers feel secure Connect customers with specialist services and help them achieve personal goals Support daily life skills, benefits, bills, tenancies and moves to independence Build trust, manage challenges and collaborate closely with colleagues You’ll go home each day knowing you have helped change our customers lives for the better, here, working at one of the top ten Great Places to Work in the UK.
