This is an opportunity to begin a career at the world's largest restaurant company, working in the rewarding field of strategy realisation. Whether it's our work to build a supply chain that is planet and nature positive, including the long term viability and resilience of the farms upon which our food systems are based, or to provide more value and feel-good moments to customers at a time of increased pressure on consumers, you will be directly involved in solving some of the biggest challenges facing our communities today. Reporting directly into the Supply Chain Leadership Team through the Strategy & Business Planning Lead, this is a position of high exposure and responsibility. You will be accountable for knitting together the "what" with the "how" of our strategy, driving implementation through effective, planning, tracking, and communication of key departmental activities and deliverables. Offering an opportunity to build or strengthen a consulting and analytical toolkit without the consulting hours or travel, you will be supported with extensive training and development to help grow and develop your skills, both in role and beyond, to build a bigger, more exciting career as part of the McDonald's team. You will also be responsible for management of internal rotas, including holiday and on-call rotas. Internal Comms Partnering with the Supply Chain Leadership team to ensure strategic internal communications are delivered clearly and inclusively. This will include communications about key deadlines and reporting requirements, milestones and events, contacts & rotas, as well as any other internal inputs gathering or ad hoc communications required.
