Pharmacy Dispenser -
Position: Pharmacy Dispenser/ ACT
Start Date: ASAP
Working patter: 4 on, 4 off
Shift Time: Nights: 9pm – 9am (12 hours)
Payment: 11.5 hours paid per shift, which includes 1 hours of breaks, 30 minutes of breaks paid
Night Shift Rates Dispenser - £16.52 PAYE or £19.00 Umbrella PAYE
What you’ll be doing:
1. Work Onsite at our warehouse facility located just outside Coventry, ensuring the safe and compliant dispensing of medications.
2. Use our secure Electronic Health Records (EHR) System to process prescriptions and maintain confidentiality.
3. Accurately check prescriptions against protocols set by the Medical Team, ensuring all requirements are met for safe supply.
4. Prepare medications and liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch
5. Record concise and accurate notes in patient records are required
6. Follow operational protocols for prescription processing and escalate issues as needed
7. Engage in team training and meetings to stay updated on procedures and best practices.
8. Maintain your professional registration and keep up with continuing education requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
9. Pharmacy Dispensing Qualification (NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent)
