Duties
The role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our well-established Accounts Team as an Accounts Apprentice.
This role offers an excellent pathway for someone looking to build a long-term career in accountancy. As part of the apprenticeship, you will be supported in studying towards your AAT qualification, gaining both practical experience and formal training.
Key Responsibilities and Attributes
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
GCSEs in Math’s and English (expected grades 6–9 or equivalent)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work
Initiative and a proactive approach to tasks
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Enthusiasm and a genuine willingness to learn and develop
Good numerical and analytical skills
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to manage a varied workload within a busy, dynamic environment
Good IT literacy
Strong organisational skills
Flexibility and the ability to work to deadlines
